Vintage 60

Description

The Vintage 60 is built like the single coil pickups from the 60s and delivers all the chime and bell tone associated with this era. The treble response is bright and crisp, but never thin. The alnico 5 magnets are positioned carefully to control the right amount of output per string. The pickup responds well to dynamic playing and small adjustments in height can change the tone from crystal clear to fat and compressed. The middle pickup is reverse wound in order to provide the traditional hum-cancelling positions 2 and 4 on a typical Strat-type guitar. A full set of Vintage 60’s is perfect for a vintage sound. Add a Governor Reflex in the bridge for more power and output.
